We believe that architecture is fundamentally collaborative, depending upon the collective talents and constructive energies of designers, builders, and clients.
We believe that constraints are opportunities for innovation, our clients’ needs and desires the narrative that drives the process.
We believe in sustainability, using available resources as creatively and intelligently as possible.
We believe in ideas, the basis for all of our projects, and communication, the power to convey them.
SPRINGBOARD’s philosophy is delivered in a number of ways. The SPRINGBOARD Design Workshop, which involves users effectively in the conceptual design process, is the focal point of our approach. Every SPRINGBOARD project starts with a Design Workshop. Our clients love this approach. As Carnegie Museum Director of Exhibitions, Chris Rauhoff, has told us,
“You are truly open to our concerns and facilitate a great process. Best of all, you do not impose a ‘designer’ ego on the project. You respond to our needs so well that we always know that we are on target.”
